Big Daddy Caddie Product Warranty
As a manufacturer of premium quality golf products, Big Daddy Caddie is committed to the performance and durability of our products.
Limited Consumer Warranty :
Big Daddy Caddie warrants, to the original consumer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 1 year from the original date of purchase online or from an authorized retailer, provided :
(1) that the consumer wishes to exercise the warranty, the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer or an online receipt.
(2) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer, third party or the act of God, a flood, war and other natural disasters.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee.
If a defect in a genuine Big Daddy Caddie product appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, then Big Daddy Caddie, in its sole discretion, will:
(1) repair the defect,
(2) replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product; or
(3) refund or credit your actual purchase price less shipping if it is no longer available and repair is not possible.
ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY FEDERAL LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY FEDERAL LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED,THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS, AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER. BIG DADDY CADDIE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF BIG DADDY CADDIE PRODUCTS.
No person, agent, distributor, dealer, or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of these warrantees in any manner whatsoever.
WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE PROCEDURE FOR ALL BIG DADDY PRODUCTS:
If you have any questions or wish to make a claim under a Warranty or Guarantee, please contact your nearest authorized Big Daddy Caddie dealer or the Customer Service Department by emailing info@bigdaddycaddie.com or call 1-888-571-7770. You may also contact the Customer Service Department at the number listed above to determine whether a retailer is an authorized Big Daddy Caddie dealer. Once Customer Service determines if the product is subject to a Warranty or Guarantee, a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued to you along with shipping instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the exterior of the package containing the returned product in order to be physically received by the warehouse. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not mean that Big Daddy Caddie will accept the Warranty or Guarantee claim as Invalid Warranty Conditions may be identified upon receipt of the returned product and original register receipt. Big Daddy Caddie will not pay for shipping charges to return the defective product.
