Big Daddy Caddie ships your order within 24 to 48 hours following your purchase. This process time allows us to validate the shipping and billing address and to prepare your shipment. 

Shipping Time 
Shipping time varies depending on the shipping method. All orders are shipped with a tracking number to make sure you can follow your purchase at all times. 
In order to reach as many locations as possible and to reduce the delays, we ship all the orders through the most renowned shipping carriers in the world.

Shipping Costs 
We are always renegotiating our rates with shipping carriers to offer the lowest shipping rates possible. Rates are based on the size and weight of the item, the shipping method chosen and the delivery address. 

Brokerage Fees 
Our shipping charge includes the cost of shipping and brokerage fees. Although, you will be responsible for customs duties, taxes any additional import fees upon delivery (if aplicable), you will not be subject to third party brokerage charges.

Depending on your country's laws, you may be subject to import duties and taxes on your purchase. Your charge from Big Daddy Caddie includes only the cost of the product, cost of the shipping and you will be responsible for paying any additional import duties and taxes at the time of delivery prior to your package being released to you.
