What is Big Daddy Caddie’s return policy?
Big Daddy and his team are so confident that you will be happy with your Product quality and its usefulness that we are giving you a 100% total satisfaction guarantee for 90 days. If for some reason you are unhappy with your Big Daddy products (we can't imagine anyone not being happy with Big Daddy products) we will exchange, replace, credit or refund 100% of your product purchase. (excludes shipping) Product must be in saleable condition and not damaged or altered in any way.
What if my item is defective?
We have spent extra effort and cost to produce and deliver a product of quality to our customers so that they will be proud to use it. Daddy refuses to sell a product that does not meet his strict and tight quality standards. If by chance you receive a defective product, Big Daddy Caddie will replace the product at no cost. All items returned as defective will be inspected and any items deemed subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as defective. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed defective and repairable.
Before returning your merchandise please obtain a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)
You can obtain an RMA by emailing us at email@example.com.
Please print the RMA # on the outside of all returning parcels.
Please allow 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed once return has been accepted and approved.
US customers, ship your parcel via a standard shipping method. Ensure you obtain a valid tracking number to track and confirm delivery of your package.

Where should I send my return?
In order to keep the cost of our merchandise as low as possible, Big Daddy Caddie cannot offer free return shipping. We hope to be able to offer this service soon!
